The MAV Cluster promotes intercluster collaboration with a visit from the Barcelona Nautical Cluster to Composites ATE

Clúster Mav,

On Thursday, February 26, the MAV Cluster organized a networking visit with the Barcelona Nautical Cluster at the facilities of the member company Composites ATE, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

The day began with a welcome and a round of presentations, which made it possible to identify common points of interest between companies in the advanced materials and nautical sectors.

Then, the Composites ATE team offered a corporate presentation to publicize its history and capabilities. Founded in 1997, the company specializes in the manufacture of composite materials and product engineering, with a wide track record in the development of highly complex technical solutions for strategic industrial sectors.

During the visit to the two production warehouses, attendees were able to see first-hand the entire manufacturing process of parts in composite materials. Currently, the company's activity is strongly oriented towards the production of components for the railway and aerospace sectors, areas that demand high standards of quality, precision and technological innovation.

The session concluded with a space for the exchange of ideas in which possible synergies and opportunities for collaboration were explored, especially in the transfer of technologies and knowledge to the nautical sector. This type of initiative reinforces the importance of intersectoral collaboration as a driver of innovation and competitiveness.

From the MAV Cluster we would like to thank Barcelona Clúster Nàutic and Composites ATE for their involvement and willingness to make this day possible, which consolidates the links between clusters and opens up new business opportunities for participating companies.
