On July 3 and 4, Barcelona has been the epicenter of the space economy with the celebration of the Newspace Congress 2025 in the Llotja de Mar. The MAV cluster has been present and supported this event that consolidates Catalonia as one of the strategic poles of the European space sector.

This year's edition has emphasized its approach to international cooperation, European leadership within the framework of the future SPACE ACT and the fundamental role of emerging companies in the transformation of the sector. In this context, two MAV Cluster Member Companies have played a special prominence:

Pangea Aerospace, a pioneer in sustainable propulsion systems, has been actively involved with the intervention of his CCO, Xavier Llairo, at the round table "Bridging orbits: Insights Into the Space Ecosystems of Asia, Europe, and America". In addition, they have presented their technology during the session "Propulsion: Powering the Future of Spaceflight". His team has been present connecting with new collaborators and sharing employment opportunities.

Compoxi, a reference in high -performance compound materials, has been sponsor of the congress and took part in the session "Building the Space Ecosystem: Cooperation and Alliances", reaffirming his commitment to the construction of a competitive and collaborative spatial ecosystem.
